Location

Fees and Payments

The fee is $160 per 50-minute session or $240 for an 80-minute session unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.  Group therapy sessions generally run for 80-minutes and the fee is $65 per individual.  Payment is due at each session unless other arrangements have been made.  Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.  Checks are made out to “Kirk Webb”.

Insurance

I am not an “in-network provider” for any insurance company.  However, I am a licensed psychologist, and most insurance companies will consider me an “out-of-network provider”.  Please check with your insurance company and ask them about your benefit for “mental health counseling” with an “out-of-network provider”.  You will need to inform them that I am a licensed psychologist.  In many cases, your plan will cover a portion of our work together after you have met a deductible.  After the deductible is met, you will likely receive a reimbursement for a percentage of the acceptable fee (determined by your insurance company).  Please note the “acceptable fee” may differ from the actual fee.  You are responsible for the full payment of the actual fee.

Mailing Letters to Kirk Webb

When mailing anything to me (payments, forms, correspondence, etc.) please consider omitting your name in the return address on the outside of the envelope.  This helps to ensure confidentiality.
